Free two-week training course to help you step up to Production Manager Roles

This Skills Bootcamps is for people with experience of Production Secretary, Production Assistant of Production Co-ordinator Roles. We will consider people who can demonstrate relevant transferrable skills.

The course covers key elements of a Production Manager’s role including:

  • budgeting and scheduling,
  • employment legislation
  • negotiation skills,
  • health and safety,
  • safeguarding and child licensing,
  • copyright and intellectual property,
  • management skills and resilience.
  • sustainability in production


MANAGEMENT FOR PRODUCTION MANAGERS SKILLS BOOTCAMP

Training takes place over 12 days face-to-face at our training centre in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. We are a five-minute walk from Chesham tube station on the Metropolitan line.

Each learner benefits from our continuing support and mentorship throughout and beyond the programme.

Following completion of the Skills Bootcamp, participants join our own talent pool, All Spring Talent, where they will get regular job alerts with exciting external career opportunities. Alumni can access employment support from our dedicated Talent Manager through one-to-one catch-ups, CV guidance and interview practice.

This Production Manager Skills Bootcamp is funded through the Department of Education and managed by Buckinghamshire Council and Buckinghamshire Business First.

ELIGIBILITY

– 3-4 years industry experience, preferably in scripted or demonstrable transferrable skills

– Aged 19 years old and over

– Right to Work and Live in the UK

– Not in education, funded training or enrolled on another Skills Bootcamp
