All Spring Media is a specialist media training provider that supports an inclusive and diverse workforce for the Screen Industries through various entry-level and CPD programmes, predominantly in production-related roles.

Our training programmes are delivered to a high standard by industry practitioners, ensuring the content is relevant and appropriate to the needs of the industry. Working in partnership with productions and industry organisations, All Spring Media has experience in meeting employment needs while ensuring programmes are learner-focused. Through our connections, we create direct employment routes, address the current skills gap, and offer ongoing support to our talent pool and productions.

Martina Porter set up All Spring Media to create a bridge allowing access to the industry for everyone. From experience, Martina knew how tough it was to get into the film and TV industry, so wanted to help those who needed support to create a more inclusive industry.

All Spring Media advocates for representation in the film and TV industry for those from underrepresented groups and lower socio-economic backgrounds. Creating equal opportunities for freelancers is core to All Spring Media’s mission.

We have supported over 1000 people into the Creative Industries through traineeships, apprenticeships, pre-employment schemes and other training interventions.
