We are overjoyed to share that All Spring Media has been awarded the Enterprising Business of the Year at the prestigious Buckinghamshire Business Awards. This recognition is not just a trophy on our shelf; it symbolizes the resilience, hard work, and dedication that have propelled us forward through every challenge and triumph.
From our humble beginnings, we’ve faced various hurdles that tested our resolve. However, it was through these challenges that we discovered our strength and adaptability. Our commitment to evolving and improving has always been at the forefront of our mission. Each setback has paved the way for innovation, allowing us to refine our Skills Bootcamps and create even more impactful training experiences for aspiring media professionals.
The BBF Awards judges looked for evidence of current business performance, growth over the past two years, potential for future growth, management responses to changes in the market, and standout qualities that make a business a potential award winner. We are proud to have demonstrated our progress in these areas, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence.
The recognition from Buckinghamshire Business First further reinforces our efforts: “They are blazing a trail in training screen industry talent and advocating for underrepresented groups in film and TV.” We take this to heart as we strive to create an inclusive environment that champions diversity in the industry.
A special mention must be made of Martina Porter, our Managing Director whose hard work and vision have been instrumental in shaping our journey. Martina’s unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment has not only driven our operational success but has also built a thriving community among our learners. Her passion for empowering individuals has helped create a supportive network where aspiring professionals feel valued and connected.
