Screen Skills Regional Intern Runner Programme
All Spring Media worked alongside ScreenSkills to deliver the ScreenSkills Regional Intern Runner Programme. Its aim was to develop new and diverse talent in the production regions of Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and Bristol.
Consisting of a funded placement as a Runner on a High-End TV production, interns benefitted from industry training and mentoring provided by us at ASM. The internship scheme has successfully created pathways into the industry for its participants.
We have supported a total of eight learners working on High-End TV productions for companies including Wild Space Productions, Warp Films, Fable Pictures, New Pictures and Eleventh Hour Films.
JGA Creativity Squared
All Spring Media worked with JGA to deliver a training programme to help Londoners into a Creative Industries career, funded by the Mayor of London.
Creativity Squared included accredited training with additional self-guided study days. Following the training, we supported our learners’ job searches by utilising our industry contacts, providing CV support and offering mock interviews.
Through Creativity Squared, we have trained a total of 63 learners split across six cohorts.

Consisting of a six-month fully funded placement working as a Runner on a High-End TV production, interns also benefit from industry-standard training and mentoring provided by us at All Spring Media. The internship scheme creates pathways into the industry for those who may otherwise struggle to break through via traditional routes.
This programme is part of a comprehensive range of entry and progression schemes that All Spring Media offer to support an inclusive workforce for the industry.
A total of 8 learners working on High-End TV productions including, WildSpace Productions, Warp Films, Fable Pictures and New Pictures – all working on their various productions for a total of 4 – 6 months.
JGA CREATIVITY SQUARED – FUNDED BY THE MAYOR FOR LONDON AND THE GLA
All Spring Media is working with JGA to deliver a London-based training programme to help individuals into a career in the creative industries. The programme includes a week of accredited training with additional self-guided study days. Trainees have a potential outcome of paid employment or further educational opportunities after completing the programme.
The training programme aims to enable individuals not in employment, education or training to gain industry-relevant skills and progress into sustainable positions in the creative industries.
